Approving a Change Request in ServiceLink

Overview

Change Approvers in ServiceLink are responsible for approving Comprehensive and Emergency changes. Comprehensive changes must be approved before a change is implemented. Emergency changes can be approved up to 48 hours after implementation.

Assignment Groups determine who is responsible for approving requests for their group. The designated Change Approvers must be made owners of the MCommunity Group associated with the ServiceLink Assignment Group. A group may have multiple Change Approvers, however only one needs to approve any given change request.
