This document lists the Knowledge Topics and Categories in the Toolkit. Topics and Categories may change over time. If the Topic and/or Category you need is not listed, check in ServiceNow to see if it has been added.
Topics and Categories are used to organize knowledge articles and help people search the knowledge base. Topic is a required field for all knowledge articles. Category is optional, but should be used if possible.
New Categories can be requested by filing an Incident in the Toolkit.
