Overview

The M-Pathways Financials & Physical Resources System (FIN) is scheduled for a software upgrade in September 2016. FIN includes the Accounts Receivable & Billing, General Ledger, Procurement, Asset Management, Space Management, and Inventory applications.

M-Pathways FIN will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Thursday, September 15 to 6 a.m. Monday, September 19, while the system is upgraded.

  • The following MReports within the MGMT Reports tab will be unavailable during the service interruption:
    • JEs Pending Approval
    • Approver Table Roles

    All other MReports will be available.

The look and feel will change slightly and a new search box will be added to all pages in M-Pathways.

Browser requirement: If working in Chrome, you will need to disable pop-up blockers in order for functionality to work properly on some pages.

General Ledger

Delete a Journal Entry (JE) functionality will be enabled in M-Pathways and improvements to the Data Warehouse will take place on September 19th with the FIN Upgrade.

Procurement

Changes and enhancements to Procurement transactions will be enabled in M-Pathways on September 19th with the FIN Upgrade.

Accounts Payable

Save a voucher for later functionality will be enabled in M-Pathways on September 19th with the FIN Upgrade.

Vendor Maintenance

Vendor changes and search functionality enhancements will be enabled in M-Pathways on September 19th with the FIN Upgrade.

Accounts Receivable & Billing, Asset Management, Space Management, & Inventory

These applications will have minimal change. Updated training documentation will be available in MyLINC September 19 or soon after.
